Goldstone is able to remove existing parking lot stripes with pressure washing, abrasive methods, or chemicals. We recommend pressure washing where new lines will be painted in order to remove any loose paint, dirt, and debris. This helps the new paint adhere to the surface and increases the life of the paint. Goldstone Exterior Services utilizes the most recent developments in high traffic parking lot paint, using high-traffic chlorinated rubber paint on concrete and water-based paint on asphalt. Acrylic paint is available upon request.

Concrete and asphalt repair is also offered. For asphalt, it is recommended that cracks be filled and a seal coat put on annually to improve appearance and to seal small cracks that eventually lead to surface deterioration.
